Meet the Teacher

Cherie Ndei

I'm a local mom and home educator for the past 8 years. I have been working in education and youth entertainment for the past 20 years running both fun and educational programs. I have an Associates in Business Administration and a Bachelors in Biblical Studies, but what really qualifies me to work with kids is my years of experience teaching in public school, teaching in a public school after school program, tutoring, homeschooling 3 kids and teaching homeschool classes for the past 5 1/2 years. My passion is to challenge students to learn and grow in a way that is fun and engaging. As a partner in your child's education, I aim to help you as the parent to be equipped to further educate your child at home. I teach mostly STEM and English classes. This semester I'm offering small classes catered to Junior High/High School on Mondays and 2nd-5th graders on Wednesdays from my home in the Blue Jay area. I also offer Homeschool Consultations, Academic Assessments, and tutoring depending on my availability.
